The friendliest owners and BEST food in pembroke pines by far. The amount of care that goes into every dish shines through the food. It feels like a home cooked meal and a hug every-time you step in their restaurant, and it has consistently been this way for years. Would recommended Brusketta to anyone and everyone, please take your business here because they absolutely deserve it.
It was our first time here, and we had a really nice experience. Home environment it was how we felt. Food was very delicious, definitely homemade taste. Service was excellent, staff kind and attentive. We’ll definitely comeback.
Delicious! Such a cozy and welcoming spot. From the moment we walked in the door and the host greeted us, we felt at home. We started with an app (calamari) which was crisp and light and tasty then moved on to pasta (bolognese for me, veal ravioli for my fiance) accompanied by a nice cabernet and we left with full bellies and happy hearts, planning to come back again soon! A lovely find for our weekend staycation.
Outstanding Service from Patrick! Patrick was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was incredibly attentive, genuinely kind, and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our meal. His service was not only professional but also warm and welcoming, which made our dining experience truly enjoyable. We ordered the penne alla vodka, which was delicious, and the carbonara, which tasted incredibly authentic — just like in Italy. The food was fantastic, and Patrick’s exceptional service made it even better. It’s rare to find someone who cares so much about the guest experience — Patrick went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be coming back, and we’ll be asking for him again. Highly recommended!

Delicious, homemade Italian cuisine! Service was friendly and personable, recommended from the menu. Reservations recommended. Calamari was good, Chicken Parm. And of course the breadsticks were delicious.
Okay, let me tell you, everything at Bru-sket-ta was just PERFECT from the bread right down to dessert! I went with my family for Mother's Day dinner and absolutely loved it. We ordered the caprese salad (seriously the freshest I've ever had in my life!), the soup of the day which was homemade and so delicious, the eggplant parmigiana, fettuccini Alfredo, and fettuccini bolognese. Everything tasted super fresh and like it was made right when we ordered it. And to top it all off, the desserts were incredible! We had the chocolate mousse cake and a deconstructed profiterole that were both just amazing. The service was also spectacular. A big thank you to Pat for his recommendations and for taking such great care of us. I 1000% recommend this restaurant!
